Our professional and dedicated educators provide a program that enables children to learn through exploration and stimulating experiences. We aspire to create an environment that provides enjoyable and creative learning. This is achieved through activities designed to support your child in all areas of growth.
The educational program at KAZ Possums Child Care Centre is based on an approved learning framework. This focuses on the developmental needs, interests, and experiences of each child. The learning journey of each child is documented and made available in the child’s portfolio so that families can regularly check how their child is developing.
Hi, my name is Peter Kazacos. My wife is Vicki, and we own KAZ Possums.
I am a Technologist, and I have always been passionate about children’s education. So, 10+ years ago, we founded KAZ Early Learning Centre in Dolan’s Bay. We are also majority shareholder of one Centre in Bowral.
I spend part of my week in Bowral, where Vicki and I founded a Charity, Your Angel. Amongst many things, the Charity also focusses on using technology to help children with special needs, in particular Autism.
We have 9 grandchildren, this is another reason why good care for children and early education is so important to us.
Hi, my name is Yan. I have over 18 years of rich experience working in the Early Childhood industry in Australia.
I am Nominated Supervisor and hold a Bachelor Degree of Teaching.
I enjoy spending time with children, sharing their happiness, growing with them and being a part of their lives are my favorite things to do everyday.
I like cooking, reading books, artwork and gardening.

Hi my name is Colly! I’ve completed my Bachelor of Education degree and my Certificate III of Early Childhood Education. Currently, I am doing my diploma as I find much enjoyment in working with young children. Having the opportunity to put smiles on their faces as well as equip them with the necessary skills as they grow can be so rewarding.
Furthermore, being able to learn from and work with the amazing staff at KAZ Possums is something I feel really thankful for.

I hold a diploma in Child Development and have recently returned to the early childhood sector after a rewarding career as a professional nanny.
