The Role
We are seeking a full-time ECT/Diploma qualified with confidence, passion and expertise to join our 46 place Early Learning Service in South Hurstville.
Responsibilities
As an active team member you will be required to support the service in the provision of high quality care and education for children.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining appropriate work, health and safety
- Assisting in the running of the educational program (strong focus on school readiness)
- Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and meal times
- Respond to the emotional needs of the children
- Communicate positively and openly with the children
- Maintain up to date records for each child e.g. portfolios, meal and nappy charts

Role Requirements
- Early Childhood University qualification approved by ACECQA
- NSW paid Working with Children Check
- Strong work ethos
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Ability to work effectively in a team
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
